The generic-use term is 膨腹 ("swelling belly"). There isn't a specific tag for the inflation fetish, as far as I'm aware.

On pixiv, it's either:
「膨大」Or「ボテ腹」More likely the latter.
I doubt you yourself will get this 2 years in the future, but maybe someone else will.

Problem is, Pixiv has an "accept all art" policy, Danbooru is kind of elitist in how it accepts "higher quality" things. I like the accepting of all skill levels of Pixiv, so it hurts to say that I also tire of sifting through lots of amateur work.
