    Actually, while I don't read it fluently, I see the characters for 'three round match' from the previous strip repeated, without any apparent negatives. And I think the final sound effect is the ring bell, so it's probably just the start of the second round, with Meiling convincing Flan to let her take over.

    If you mean Yuuka, I think she looks kinda proud or pleased...maybe that Sanae didn't take the easy way out and just take the cheap win. Or perhaps she's intimidating the commentators into not speaking out about it. :)
