The lowest bubble ("Don't Move") is obviously a status ailment (Hence needing the remedy), but I can't tell if it's Disable or Stop.

Probably Immobilize. Stop doesn't make much sense here. Would be embarassing to find yourself 'stopped' in that position.

In the japanese version (I assume) Immobilize is probably "Don't Move", the original, incorrectly-translated Final Fantasy Tactics (which also took place in Ivalice, and shares many similarities with FFXII) for the PS1 and PSX had "Don't Move" as a status ailment instead of immobilize, and "Don't Act" instead of "Paralysis".
