Sorry Suwako, you're in better shape, and since this isn't some fight of "against some evil enemy or hated opponent", it's not strange that the most beaten up gets priority, specially after your questionablep performance.
Of Course if Meiling were some despicable character like Light Yagami or something, well, screw her and her wounds, let her hit the ground hard and stuff, but since Meiling is a Good Youkai.......at least in 90% of the fandom interpretations of her and how people see her in the canon of the Touhou games...

I still don't see sanae getting back into the ring, I think she's too broken atm. I do think that if the fight is going to continue at all sanae will give flan a peptalk and suwako a scolding and put them both in the sandbox and tell them to play nice
Still, honestly I think this fight is over. A continuing fight wouldn't be able to match what's already happened in terms of interest or drama. Flan's not at the point where she can reveal a secret technique or anything. Suwako has already done her tricks and doing a dirty trick after scolding by sanae would be bizzare.

I think Flandre will learn something from this, and if she goes on into future matches, won't be so nonchalant about the physical harm she could case. Not when someone did just that to Meiling.
