look how she's holding it, there's a handle or something, it has the shape of a pokemon potion

it's the secret potion she needed for Ampharos, she's spraying it

"SecretPotion" is a traslation mistake. If you see its sprite, actually they are pills.

That's a pokeball. Look closely you can see it opening up and the energy is going inside of it.
