With that many bottles I doubt it's the ol mentos gig. I think Eirin is desperate to try a new medicine, but can't find a volunteer. Guess what disease she wants to treat...your clues are:

She`s gonna explode

Of all the dark syrupy cola drinks, Dr.Pepper makes me piss like a bloody race horse. for ages. Even just a 500ml. I avoid it like the plague even though its so nice.

Feel quite sympathetic toward Reisen if she gets it the same~

To be honest, I don't really see any inflation or bloating. Removing the inflation tag.
