I'd say Yuuka still has it. The level of moe could not be contained in one being, so it manifested itself into a new Youkai Moe.

Well... a hat is a character in Touhou... thus using that to indentify their speechbubbles is effective... and clever at the same time...

I like this take on Sanae. Much more interesting that constant good girl or vicious rapist.
