Kaito's image in this makes me think of Lord of Darkness, though. Maybe its just the clothing and red eye(s).

I'd have to say it's just the clothing and eyes. Lord of Darkness was pretty comedic and upbeat. I doubt he'd have bandages or a scar over his eye.

I don't know, he did get beat up pretty good, something about Rin and Len looks off, maybe its the hair...and Rin's chest.

As you said, the hair is different. Len doesn't have the poofs, and Rin's is a LOT longer. Her chest is.....well just smaller. Also, they're eyes are usually blue, but yellow in this one. Len is a bit tall, as well.
