The jars/bottles/urns/whatever-the-hell-they-are's that an Oni carries around with them are supposed to have an infinite amount of sake in them. At least that's how they are in actual myth. If that were the case in Touhou, they would indeed have the resources for full sake bathing.

Though even if you were a perpetually wasted weirdo, I can't see why anyone would bathe in something they plan on drinking.

Suika's usual gourd is specifically described as containing an infinite supply of sake.
