Mistress 9 does have that long of hair. In fact, I think it's longer.

Rei's hair isn't that long. Plus Mistress 9 has a black star on her forehead, which the subject does have. Tags changed.

I know this is an old thread, but Mistress 9's hair pools on the floor. She has the longest hair of any character in the series.
