the cosplayer is probably 鞠 (まり) or Mari. related links are cosp.jp , curecos.com , blog , twitter.com , twitpic.com .

i can't find the source of this pic, but a bit larger version (600x800 and probably the original) is available here (needs registration though).

for tagging purposes, i'll use mari_(graceful_day) for the time being, after the title of her homepage and english nickname in the links above.
