Meiling says “Sakuya no porori kita”. “Porori” means “inadvertently coming to the surface” and I think “kita” means something like “sth. appeared”. At any rate, “kita” is a Japanese meme and you say that when something appeared or happened that you may or may not have been waiting for, but are enjoying either way. So “came out” is correct. “Jigglies” aren’t mentioned anywhere, but the translation needs a subject, so just use any synonym you like.

I took porori as onomatopoeia for "boiyoiyoing".
Correct it if you must, but I think that's about right.

According to Japanese Wikipedia, porori is onomatopoeia of wardrobe malfunction.
"Onna-darake no Suiei Taikai - The Lady-ful Swim Meet" (Japanese variety show) often used the onomatopoeia.

Not 100% accurate, but if it was 100% accurate, it would lose pretty much all of the impact. I'd call this an effective translation.

Lemme rephrase that... "That has to be the awesomest thing I've ever seen Meiling say." I meant I liked the phrase, and was asking someone to translate and approve the other posts. I hate it when translated works get deleted for lack of approval, and this series is more than deserving of translations and approval. I said "trans-provals" to be funny, but it didn't work. Managed to get an interesting discussion out of it though, so thanks.

Disclaimer: I know not the Japanese language and appreciate the work of any translators and translations. You guys rock.

what's up with the author spelling part of 'Sakuya' in kanji and part in kana

It's an IME typo. 咲く the verb is much more common than 咲夜 the name.

That Remilia in last panel is all my pleasure( joy I mean).
