Well, it's not the Zero no Tsukaima Louise at any rate, but it is possible her name is also Louise (some day we really should mass edit all the ZnT Louise images to Louise Francoise blah blah Vallythingy). The original image filename is "ruiz" which is probably where the tag came from. There might be some text on the site that clears it up, which means finding the page it was linked from.

Before I removed them it was listed as "Louise Halevy" from Gundam 00. And it is rather definitely not her.

I left the FE tags because It could be a Fire Emblem character I don't recognize, but I honestly have no idea.

Apparently her name is indeed Louise (ルイーズ) and she is from Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken (ファイアーエムブレム 烈火の剣)

Should have checked the tag history - assumed you mean the "louise" tag which is usually used for ZnT (have no familiarity with Gundam whatsoever other than recognising a few characters from all the Newtype spammage).

Thanks, thats exactly what I needed to know. I really need to get back to playing FE7.

Oh, and yes, we need to fix the ZnT tags for Louise, she's not the only Louise out there, and the length of her name doesn't mean she gets exempted from the naming rules.
