I'm not quite sure if this is Thom-293(Noble Six in Reach commercial), but rather just SPARTAN-B312 (Noble Six in Reach). Tag change perhaps?

Well, default SPARTAN-B312's model has no knife. And apparently SPARTAN-B312 had a HUL attachment in the first trailer. And plus, if this is Thom, the lighting or the color scheme is off. In the life action trailer, Thom had a more white armor color. In this it looks like this Noble Six looks like SPARTAN-B312's first render, and has a more steel color. Given the fact Thom hasn't been manifested until August, and this picture was posted in January, this has to be the original render SPARTAN-B312.

tl;dr This is SPARTAN-B312 not Thom-293
