no, the picture is Disgaea 3 DLC only. Laharl and co were in the game by default, that's why there's no Marona, Asagi, Prism Rangers, Champloo, Salvatore, etc.

Disgaea 3 as it was meant to be. I'm not saying I don't like Harada, but Nomura's SD characters have something really special... (see Disgaea 1 and La Pucelle, for instance).
