If a person only has one drop of sweat in a situation like this, the tag is sweatdrop. I don't think there's a word for the person herself.

Maybe Sakuya is is only good at hitting living targets.

This is mental practice. She want's to hit the apple, but is she thinks the one holding it is Meiling, then she subcounciously trows to the head.
