I THINK the joke is that Remilia is amused by how soft and pudgy Patchy is, and Marisa says that the only way to get that sort of attention for herself was if Sakuya got fat and lazy.
Okay, what's up with those translations? I'm a pathetic english speaker, and even I noticed those typos! Tried to correct them, but I have no idea what the hell it's supposed to mean, so I'll just bump this, hoping that someone notice it.

Did my best. I don't actually understand Japanese, so I interpreted the Engrish notes to the best of my ability.
