1) Now that I have closer look at it, I think Patchouli is using one of her attacks from the fighting games (Down Down B?)
2) Didn't notice that either but it sure looks like 3 wings...

2) it's hair clip with wings. her another actual wing is hidden from view

2 "head" wings and 1 ear wing and 1 hair clip. Last one behind view.

It's nice that you've got a design motif going and all, Koa dear, but I think, er, supply is a bit ahead of demand in the "bat wings" sector.
