But like N2O said, that's a monster with the head of a woman and the body of a snake and this one doesn't have anything snakelike about her at all.

Its probably a slime that only lives in the Zipangu(or whatevert its called where the Inuri and others are) region and is probably more friendly towards humans(she's wearing clothes)
