I find it funny that Kanako draws more attention because she's her back turned to the viewers, but thinking about it, this drawing would probably look less interesting if there wasn't such a variation. Also, there was a BBA tag on the Pixiv page :D

Yuugi fits there. I don't think Suika is older than her (unless ZUN said so but didn't find it) because of their body. Yeah yeah it's just a game blah blah but it's natural to assume a mature girl is older than a loli yeah? Like nobody put Tewi and Suwako in the group.

Komachi should be there too in my oppinion. But I don't think she's a part of Old Maid Alliance since we don't know her age. She could be almost as old as time itself, or with just a few years behind her as a shinigami.

Well tecnically, suwako's older than Kanoko, and Tewis one of the oldest. There's a huge chance that Suika's older than Yuugi.
