I'm not totally convinced that those are empty shell casings; ergo, I add the bullet tag.

However, since I'm not equally convinced that the opposite is NOT true, I'm not removing the shell_casing tag yet.

Those are clearly full, unfired bullets and NOT just empty casings. Note the rounded tip protruding from the actual casing.
