I wonder if the character's heights in panel 2 and 3 reflect the actual heights of the people that were at the wedding (relatively speaking)
Reimu looks like a giant compared to everyone else while flan and remilia look like they are 2 feet tall

Another interesting note... only Sanae's facial expression changed (slightly between panel 2 & 3)

Since Kogasauthor was there, I was expecting it to sudddenly dump rain all over them as they were standing right there.

rather than Yukari, isnt that Toyohime? looks exactly like her in all her previous appearances leading up to this

The total lack of Aya, Nazrin and Yakumos makes me wonder if he hasn't known them for all that long. Which would be kind of weird, given how close at least some of them must be for some of the other things that have transpired in this series to have gone down.

Remi, and assumed, Flan, are portrayed as KogasaAuthor's sibling(s). So it's not entirely wrong.

The Yakumos, at least, sent a wedding gift, so he knew them at this point.
