A parody of a scene in Daily Lives of High School Boys in which a girl tries to teach three other girls how to appear cute to boys - which is apparently by not knowing anything at all.

Sorry to whoever just edited in the correct answers - I've never played Yu-Gi-Oh so I was just off trying to figure out who the hell they were talking about. That is the correct English name, isn't it? Or is he still known as the Japanese/German name more amongst English-speaking fans? (Edit) Ah, wrote that before refreshing the page to see the previous comment.

Okay, there's only three possibilities here. Either Akari is biased with Kotori, knows nothing of the card game or is so bad an artist that her attempt at an anime character resulted in Yubel the Ultimate Nightmare.

Well as I mentioned above, in the thing it's parodying, a girl is supposed to know nothing about these things that aren't considered "girly". Any drawing of someone must just be "some anime character" - knowing who it actually is will make her unattractive to boys (according to the slightly crazy girl telling them all this stuff).
