RuMys is an overt portmanteau of Rumia and Mystia's names, but it can also be a katakana transcription of "Loomis" or "Lumis". The multiple meanings may be intentional.
"Loomis" can refer to the "Loomis butterfly, which may be a reference to Mystia's power over winged insects. (Yes, she has that power as well, 'though canonically it has only been shown with moths.)
