Heads up for anyone who opens the Hoyowiki source and cannot see this Belle skin in her Hoyowiki page.
As of this writing, setting the language to EN will (for some reason) not load any missing image files (leaving only her default splash art, her Delicate Sunlight skin, and her room). However, if you append ?lang=ja-jp) at the end of the url (example: https://wiki.hoyolab.com/pc/zzz/entry/8?lang=ja-jp) or just switch the language to JP, it will properly load all up-to-date assets, including this Belle skin.
Using this method will allow us to view Velina's page (https://wiki.hoyolab.com/pc/zzz/entry/1084?lang=ja-jp), whereas her page will otherwise be empty if the language is set to English.
