She looks like an Idolmaster character

Interestingly, it now looks like this preview image is a mix of the Base and Kai form. The Flower hair accessory is on Kai, while it lacks the Kai bracelet and has the base form choker.

I have only one word: THIGH.

Being strong doesn't help if they don't have any higher ground to stand on. If you want to lift, get a big guy like Herc or, even better, Bunyan =3

On the other hand, they can drag her out instead. But buoyancy would be a pain, I think?

I'm assuming they can't, as they're technically spirits. But for Servants possessing humans (like Ishtar), only their bodies drown.

If (and i do mean IF) i remember my events correctly, chaldea summer adventure (the event with the baby stegosaur) estblishes that under normal circumstances, servants DO NOT drown, but if there are some conditions in place, like a singularity having some unique rules in play, they can. And keep in mind that Passionlip is effectively a digital being so who knows if she can drown in real space.
