The very first of many rules from the Tagging Guideline:

Rule of Thumb:

Tag what you see, not what you know.

In this case, we don't even know who that disembodied hand belongs to. Don't just go and assume that's a male hand, when it could be anything.

Edit: Also, the disembodied_hand tag exists.

That is obviously intended to be a male's hand, that's why it's shaped and colored just like a generic male hand. It's not an assumption when it's visually identifiable.

Commentary says Alsace is limited construction, while Mogador is an event reward.

Similar applied with Guam and Laffey II. Will it be the smaller ship will be the event reward in this double UR events?

Oh thank god because my cubes are not gonna take it well.

But if it's the same with the Laffey I'm guessing my usual luck of getting the free reward from construction and having a hell of a time for the construction limited is gonna kick in.

It was necessary this Destroyer had to be as big as Battleships as well? On the other hand im happy this UR isnt a BB for the sake of making things different.

I'm not exactly a fan of big, bodacious Destroyers but given that this one outweighed the Blue Cruiser, I'm willing to let it slide.

I like Hatate as she is, but the alternate take is interesting.

I don't mind fanon unless it comes to totally dominate canon, like with Meiling or Alice, but I don't see that with this (yet).

Still, either stalker or shut-in have been Hatate's main Flanderization points among the fandom since she came out, it seems. Just that neither have been depicted with as much depth or as disturbed until now.

Look at the pic at bottom right corner, is that someone having knife struck on a chest?

This image is a parody of Hatate's Bakkoi murder case, a relatively recent IOSYS flash animation. As such, yes that's someone with a knife in them.

Blackwash is ok but if someone makes black character white or names this for like ni**atoro, all hell breaks lose and people get harassed.
Even when pictures like this are clearly race-baiting. Right and middle character straight up racist reference to low-income culture clothing, as if that is how blacks are supposed to be instead of just style of canon nagatoro.

God I hate that retarded politics have rooted themselves on danbooru and even worse it is increasing daily.

Hey look another anti-woke person who says abelist words and that supposedly hate politics but they actually love politics, but only their own politics.

Again, this is just a fanart bro. No need to go on a rant against the perceived harm of blackwashing.

Seriously, why do you people fall for this nonsense.

"Random black thot" I don't know why you would refer to a human woman this way.
Watch your racism and sexism there bud, we don't need to see that.

I remember when some artist lightened Nessa's(Pokemon) skin to a lighter shade and people rioted about it. so why is this suddenly ok now? This is not Nagatoro and it should not be tagged as such

Because it's okay when it goes one way but not okay when it goes another.

    A bit rasist-ish.

rasist??? I don't get it, what does this mean? are you trying to say "racist"?

because if that is what you tried to say then I don't see how defending a city against an attack in a last stand can be considered racist.

Her name should probably be read Ukitsu, not Ame + Tachibana. The tag and TLs should prob be updated accordingly.

I've had a discussion with some translators in danbooru whether we should change the name to Ukitsu Misaki. I questioned whether we should change it into "Amebashi Misaki" or "Ukitsu Misaki".

My first was response was from kinsei who said...

    kinsei said:

Minus forgetting to delineate one of the list points and a capitalization error, it looks... fine to me. Except for the family name. I'm not the best at name readings and I'm pretty sure there's a number of ways you could conceivably read ้›จๆฉ‹, to the point that I'm not 100% sure what the intended reading was, but I think "Amebashi" from post #7591890 is more accurate than what was there before and what's there now (I imagine it was a case of mistaken kanji on both counts).

I've latter replied it could be eighter one of them and kinsei disagreed to it being ukitsu.

    kinsei said:

I'm... still not convinced the latter is correct. "U" is a valid reading for "้›จ", but "kitsu" for "ๆฉ‹" is not.
Which is why I think they're misreading the kanji there.

another joined in and we had proposing "ukyou"

    ultraHF300-3 โ€”
    Could be "Ukyou"
Maybe they were thinking of that when they ended up with Ukitsu?
    Kinsei โ€”
Aaaah. You're right. It could be "Ukyou", and I find that a far more likely reading.

But was latter turned down upon with more evidence. That being the grave stone which was pointed out by ultraHF300-3 where her surname ends with an "i".

    Hence making Amehashi/Amebashi more evident.

I then latter proposed an External translation from mangadex The translator seemed to chose Amebashi.
So in the end we decided to go with "Amebashi Misaki" with all the evidence spoken within the topic.

That, kiddo, is the brown liquid that awakens adults and gives them energy. Many a sailor would make brew it in weird yet spicy ways so that its bitterness reaches unholy levels and they can stay awake for days straight if it is required of them
