But this probably is the Inquisition. I mean, they WOULD behead someone (although usually with a sword) for not having the correct denomination of the correct faith, or for having had the wrong one previously, which Atago might be guilty of. I'm not familiar with the franchise, is Atago Roman Catholic?

The hair and body are likely from the Figma 227 Saber 2.0 figure and the faceplate from the Figma 399 Aqua figure. Parts are apparently not necessarily interchangeable between different Figmas though, so might have required some modifications to make things fit.

A small note about the tagging of Kadenokoji Ichijiku in this post: It is not mistagging! At the very bottom of the image there appears to be a small sliver of a skirt and pantyhose, and for reasons relating to the plot and her discovered connection to Ramuda, I'm pretty confident this is Ichijiku standing behind him.
