Because teasing has been proved to be very profitable. And because Azur Lane has been doing that almost from the start, they kinda became the masters of raising the bar while keeping it somewhat "safe" (at least in comparison to some other games).

How do they keep getting away while retaining a Teen rating on google? That I would like to know...
