She's shorting. That's the cause of Yelan's getting electrocuted. Others in the pool are Electro characters so they are 'immune' to it. (not by game mechanics or lore anyways, and Ineffa are already shown to be waterproof in more than one occassion(s).)
It appears the "artist" uses a mix of AI-assisted tracing and digital painting to create their illustrations but still it's a bit of a shame that I didn't realize that sooner

Uploaded with the correct size and alignement (post #4118891 is misaligned near the left feet). It feel like it's one of the first multi-layer skin because it's not made like recent ones and doesn't seem to be standardized: -First of all RectTransform/Transform files only indicate the canvas size (3593x3571) and not the size of the "background layer" - The rigging (flight deck) layer and background layer has a different scaling (the background layer is 3571 pixels wide and the rigging layer is 3593 pixel tall - The rigging layer should be 3 pixel over of the canvas (There's nothing on the first 3 lines except transparent pixel) to align with the rest

If I had a choice of random Card Captor Sakura side stories to be produced, one that I would like to see is Nakuru and Spinel Sun going on some kind of adventure. They have an amusing dynamic!
