[APPROVED] [BUR] Unalias nails -> nail

BUR #1978 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

remove alias nails -> nail

Reason: Posts are frequently mistagged because people think nails means fingernails, but actually it means the kind of nail you hit with a hammer. Nails is too ambiguous to be aliased. Instead it should be left as a disambiguation page.

You know, it's too bad that there's not a third kind of tag relation, i.e. auto-delete, for all of the disambiguous tags.
