Horns implications

BUR #4466 has been rejected.

create implication fiery_horns -> horns
create implication hair_horns -> horns
create implication horned_helmet -> horns
create implication horned_headwear -> horns

create implication horned_mask -> mask

I found these tags without the horns implication. I figured that since horns is implicated to fake horns and glowing horns it should be implicated to these as well.

I have two questions:

• Should we classify fiery horns as fake horns or not ?
• Should mask and helmet also imply horned headwear or do we keep them separate?

No, since they can be normal horns that happen to be burning.

Also not sure about the horned -> fake_horns implications. Our usage of fake horns seems to be more for hair ornament and "hairwear" like head/hairbands, rather than for headwear.

I feel like if that's the case the wiki should clarify. From the small example used I just assumed it was any horned headwear.

Edit: changed to just a horns implication.

I don't see why horned stuff shouldn't be tagged with fake horns, we do the same thing with fake animal ears.
