create alias cameraman -> photographer

Two populated tags which mean roughly the same thing. Cameraman is currently being used for female characters, so aliasing to the more gender neutral term seems appropriate.

But those two things aren't the same at all. Issues of gender aside, a cameraman is someone who operates a television or movie camera. They are not a photographer.

Looking at dictionary definitions, it seems you're right. Apparently, I wasn't the only one confused, though, as the tag is about 50:50 split between being used for movie/television cameras and handheld cameras.

I'll write an appropriate wiki and garden the posts. We could keep the BUR and do something like cameraman -> camera_operator, but this isn't as important.
