I even went through the trouble of translating both posts.
Images should get approved based on their own quality, not because of a set. Only approving the parent and not the child - or sometimes the other way around - is okay to do as an approver. To me the parent just looks way better than the child. Another thing is, that not every approver likes rating:q or e and won't approve them, but will sometimes approve safe images of nsfw-sets.
That you translated them is good, but translations have nothing to do with approvals. I can see other approvers maybe liking that and will either approve it, if they see it here or when you appeal it in a month.
I would only approve posts that are part of a set in some situations where it's part of an otherwise good comic/manga/doujinshi in a pool that spans many pages. Of course credits pages/character introduction pages tend to be omitted, but I think there are a few posts that are almost completely white/black images because it's a page of a story where the artist is trying to convey some emotion with the absence of detail.

post #4502439: Most people probably consider puffy nipples and large areolae to be unattractive. Not a fan of the left arm warping the shape of the huge breasts. The invisible man not being fully invisible really wrecks the appeal of the art, too. It's otherwise pretty decent.

Keep in mind I'm not an approver, but the art style looks pretty western to me, which is much less likely to be approved as danbooru is a site for Japanese/anime style art.
