Whisker markings are markings on the cheeks, so they're on the face. If a forehead mark is a facial mark then these are too.

I feel like facial mark is so broad that it's kind of useless. Especially when there's so much ambiguity over whether something is a facial mark or a facial tattoo or facepaint.
