BUR #6061 has been rejected.
create alias licking_penis -> penis_licking
Most of the object licking tags are formatted as *_licking (nipple licking, face licking, armpit licking, testicle licking etc...), so it catches me off guard every time I go to add this one and find it's actually the other way around. Fixing that and putting licking penis in line with the other tags would be more consistent.

Tbh, I personally think these tags should be reversed. You would never say "a dog is face licking me". But maybe that's just me.

noun(object)_verb in most cases is a nominalized verb, which we read it as an activity, instead verb_noun(object) to the reader is what a tacit subject is doing at the moment
The latter is consistent with the rest of danbooru gerunds which describe a current activity: reading, running, etc but we of course need to consider real world frequency of usage of the phrases:
prostate milking is much more common to be employed (and read) in that form than as "she milks his prostate then forces him to cum" while it is rare to come across ear licking
Most tags like this come from the early Danbooru view that all tags should be nouns. We have face licking because the view is that, just as you say "this post has a dog", or "this post has a tongue", you should say "this post has face licking" or "this post has finger biting". The attitude is that since most tags in the tag list are nouns, all tags should be nouns.
The problem with this is that it usually leads to stilted English when you try to force everything into noun form. Imagine if we had sword holding or hair adjusting or bed sitting instead of holding sword or adjusting hair or sitting on bed.
The other problem is that these noun_verb forms are less precise, and we usually end up having to rework tags eventually because of this. See:
I think the active verb form (licking_*, holding_*, etc) should normally be preferred over the noun form for these reasons.
