Alias Tanuki (Umamusume) -> Umamusume Tanuki

BUR #12036 has been rejected.

create alias tanuki_(umamusume) -> umamusume_tanuki

I didn't know the latter tag existed. Might as well alias the former as an utility alias.

rename tanuki_(umamusume) -> umamusume_tanuki

I'll do this as a rename since with the new autocomplete a utility alias is unnecessary.
