Minor Xenoblade renames

BUR #3845 has been approved by @evazion.

rename dunban -> dunban_(xenoblade)
rename vandham_(xenoblade) -> vandham_(xenoblade_2)
rename tora_(xenoblade) -> tora_(xenoblade_2)
rename rock_(xenoblade_chronicles_x) -> rock_(xenoblade_x)

Dunban: add the "xenoblade" qualifier, as is the established standard for Fire Emblem and Xenoblade characters; this got missed somehow in the mass update a few months back

Vandham and Tora: they share names with characters from X. Add the 2 to make them unambiguous

Rock: drop the "chronicles"
