Can I put spoiler on Sophia (Reverse:1999) wiki?

I see that arts of Sophia's alternate form has been added. It is a spoiler to the story, but only for Global server player. The question is, can I edit the wiki to explain her alternate form despite it has not been added to Global server?

It could certainly helped to identify that these two version of character are the same

The last image specifically of the character was upload a month ago. Unless you're planning on dumping art of her new form, I don't see much value in adding that to the wiki.

The fandom wiki is blank for that character, too. I can't find this new form easily. Is it visibly different?
If so, and you can provide examples that are ending up here, it would be better to just have a second chartag.

Edit: Looking at the character art more, I see things like post #7732896 being tagged spoiler. I thought you were talking about a major form change spoiler, like Fate's Tamamo Beast or something. This, to me, is just a funny dress, not an alternate form. If that's what you're talking about, I don't see why you'd need to explain anything. It's more of a costume than a form.
