Yura (snake)

BUR #36720 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication yura_(snake) -> yura_(kancolle)

Same reason as mutsu_(snail) is implicated to Mutsu herself.

On the other hand, we don't do this for The Yuudachi-like creature.

There's also shimakaze (seal). If we're doing it for some already and do it for any other copyright then it makes sense to do it for kancolle too.
