That is part of the April Fools prank. They don't mention what the character's name is, and some allude to her being from 'Illuminati workplace' comic/movie/tv-show/game/etc. From what I'm seeing from the replies on many of them, the artists are all talking about her like they know who she is and where she is from, while all the non-artists (or artists outside of the joke) ask, "Who is she?" / "Where is she from?".
I'm trying to see if I can find the first artist to post a drawing of the character. So far, the earliest posts I have found were posted ~17 hours ago.

Some of the replies also referenced the Goncharov meme (the meme about the non-existent 1979 mafia film; I had to search it as I was not familiar with it)
So that also makes me certain this is a non-existent character from a non-existent comic/film/game/etc for an April Fools prank.
Someone said they "wouldn't be surprised if she gets banned as 9to5chan or office waifu", but I like the 'Illuminati workplace' mentions and thinking something off of that would work better as all the drawings have that theme to them. Maybe "Illuminati Office Lady" can be her name?
I think by tomorrow we could see what name the people are calling her.
If no name comes up, you can always just go with something descriptive. There are a lot of OCs on here with names like "white-haired girl (artist's name)" on here as it stands, so what's one more? A name is much preferred, and especially the one people take to calling her (even if it's merely a description like "April Fools Day Girl").

Alright, I'll create the tag "illuminati_office_lady_(april_fools_day)", and we can always change it later if a different name pops off.
Should we have the copyright listed as original?
Looks like thw character's name is official Apyrl Dyoa according to the various artists who originally posted the character.
