Umamusume V Sisters implication

BUR #40016 has been rejected.

create implication v_sisters -> sisters

The three characters are sisters so the sisters tag should be implied.

I can imagine a few scenarios where sisters wouldn't apply anymore: cosplay, genderswap, dolls, etc

The bulk update request #40016 (forum #347446) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
