Uploads get deleted after 3 days if nobody approves them. If someone chooses to appeal a deleted upload, it goes through the modqueue again and will get deleted if nobody approves it again within 3days. about:mod queue, howto:appeal, topic #7934
With that post specifically, even if it's only AI-assisted rather than AI-generated it still might not meet danbooru's quality standards for approval.

but this is the situation: a bad artwork should be deleted after 3 days, but one guy gives wrong tag/report/moderating makes the artwork be deleted in 3 days.
i appealed it because it can't be deleted in 3 days according the rules.

posts that break the rules can be deleted before the 3 day mark. In this case the post was deleted for being AI-generated which breaks rules.

If you check the Moderation menu of that post, you’ll see one of the Approvers commented on this:
Ai-Assisted can be deleted in 3 days just as ai-generated, it depends on the quality of the image
That said, I don’t think the quality on it’s own would warrant a manual deletion in this case. However, it’s important to note that a lot of AI prompters lie about their process (not necessarily this post, but in general). If an Approver has good reason to believe there was little to no artist involvement, they are justified in manually deleting it.
We also have topic #22285 for discussing whether something is or isn’t taggable as AI generated.

The user is a troll and already deleted their account.
