Braided Sidelock(s)

BUR #39147 has been rejected.

I'd had this exact thought and the only reason I hadn't already submitted this BUR is that there are side braid/side braids posts incorrectly tagged as braided sidelock/braided sidelocks and I wanted to garden those first so as to only have one tag to remove. I still support this BUR though!

There's still a significant amount of mistags in this. It feels like people are using braided sidelocks because they don't know we have side braids.

I would've supported an implication, but looking at braided sidelocks it's not even sidelocks, just side braids, even from behind the ears.
