Chaz does not have a unique design; he is indistinguishable from the Rich Boy Trainer class. While he is somewhat noteworthy for his role as a Contest opponent, as far as I'm aware, no other generic NPC has their own tag.

I don't know if I'd consider it "impossible," given that rich_boy_(pokemon) and chaz_(pokemon) only have 19 posts combined. While beauty_(pokemon) has over 100 posts, adding pokemon_dppt to the search narrows it down to just 8, including all 3 posts with Mindy. Both characters would be rather easy to search for even without their specific tags.
My opinion is the same as forum #360025: rich boy (pokemon) is currently for two different designs: post #1155102 and post #6410083. They should be split, and Chaz (pokemon) can be aliased to the ORAS tag.

Done as above. Implications instead of a nuke because like the other thread there's posts that only reference the character trope without referencing any specific version.
