create alias girly_boy -> tomgirl

Girly boy is the antonym tag for tomboy and is linked as such in their wikis. However, I think girly boy is an awful tag name as it's unintuitive. I'd prefer to alias it to tomgirl. Tomgirl is somewhat ambiguous but it's better than girly boy and the wikis should be clear enough to avoid much issue.

Sadpanda uses this as their onk/trap replacement tag so there might be some conflict there. But I agree girly boy is a pretty trash name and I'm sick of having to explain what is it because the name isn't intuitive.

The yande.re situation is weird. Are they using different tags or not tagging it?

girly boy is the other half of onk/symmetrical alternative to trap: feminine boys that still look like men. tomgirl is just being used for trap on sites like exhentai, it doesn't make much sense to merge them together - if anything it's just going to cause more confusion.
