Aliases for Gachiakuta characters

rename engine_(gachiakuta) -> enjin_(gachiakuta)
rename jabber_wongar -> jabber_wonger
rename zanka_nijik_(gachiakuta) -> zanka_nijiku
rename semiu_(gachiakuta) -> semiu_grier
rename riyou_(gachiakuta) -> riyo_reaper

Renames some characters to use official names.

There was a mix when of names with the qualifier and without it so i didnt really know what to go for i can do the reverse bur if you think its better.

If most of the characters of a copyright don't have a qualifier and aren't ambiguous then they should be left that way. Character tags should match the majority, not vice versa, except in very select circumstances (see how we don't use full names as the tags for Blue Archive characters, even though I think that's kind of stupid).

Updated the bur if you can give it another look.
