Video doesn’t play smoothly after upload

The video in post #9648737 played smoothly on Twitter, but after uploading to Danbooru, it doesn't.

That's just your computer struggling with the full resolution, Twitter will show lower resolution samples depending on connection speed and other factors. It plays fine for me.

Which browser are you using?
I'm experiencing the issue in Chrome, but it seems to be working fine in Firefox.

It might also be related to your internet speed to Danbooru's servers, sometimes browsers behave weirdly when it doesn't buffer fast enough.

Everything's fine for me... except that for some reason I have a bar for 27 seconds rather than 24... Firefox.
