Rei implications

BUR #42592 has been rejected.

create implication lina_rei -> ayanami_rei

Rei from that weird AU episode, a Rei plush, and giant Rei respectively.

I still have some reservations about rei_chikita implicating ayanami_rei as unlike the other two characters, Rei Chikita is usually depicted as a separate character alongside Rei, instead of as another version or portrayal of her.
There have been similar discussions about whether a mascot/meme character should implicate the character it's based on but I don't think there's a general consensus to it (see topic #30523 and topic #30593).

That third tag feels backwards, name-wise.
