BUR #44502 has been approved by @evazion.

This is the first in a series of BURs hoping to match tags to Global names as they are released. Tokai Teio (Beyond The Horizon) (Umamusume) already matches, since it's natural English already.

create alias kiryuuin_aoi -> kiryuin_aoi
If you don't mind me stepping up for BUR #2, this alias needs to be reversed, as the Global release uses "Kiryuin Aoi" as its spelling.
